Knowledge is power. Starting here, we will walk through all the things together. I will be teaching you to find balance and how to make smart choices for your goals. I hold control over everything to set you up for success and build confidence so each round you become more independent, eventually maintaining on your own with knowledge and success. I am available to help you choose meals out, meal replacements, last minute substitutions and to navigate daily routine specific to your life.
$675 program fee includes:
I create a tailored, 5 day diet for you based on your goals, your current body fat and my experience and education and provide you with a “DOABLE” eating plan that will guide your body to create a rhythm of change through whole foods and nutrition. This is how we learn to live fit. Two days will be repeated, creating a 7 day plan and will match output of workouts.
My goal isn’t to do for you but teach you how to do this on your own and be successful long term. I share habits and information to help teach you to find what works for your body and why foods are grouped together, how rest plays a role in metabolizing, etc. The more you ask, the more you learn. How
involved I am is up to you. In Phase one, I am available for daily contact and questions during business hours.
This provides the accountability we all need to stay on track. We are hormonal creatures by nature and that plays a role in our behavior. I am here to follow your progress, monitor your workouts and suggest routines to help you keep burning effectively. In this phase, you will send me your weight everyday as well as your workout completion for the day and calories burned through approved method.
I want you to be effective. If you aren’t functioning at optimum levels during workouts your results will be less than desirable. I will guide through them and adjust as I see fit. Weekly photos help me coach effectiveness of both food and workouts.
I send bi-weekly workouts that are geared towards your personal goals and fitness levels but designed to push you out of your comfort zone to bring change. I use a lot of functional movements and cross training for a maximum result.
My goal is to create an environment of trust and availability; to be a sounding board and positive directive as you change. There will be a lot of “is this worth it” moments. I’m here to help believe FOR you that it is, until you see it for yourself. Everything will be hard in life. Eating right has its challenges and is hard. Being overweight, unhealthy or not feeling well is hard. We get to choose that hard everyday. I'm here to help with that "hard."
