Continuing to grow through independence, we shift the focus from knowledge to utilization and application. You take what you've learned and apply it in a more independent situation. Growth in your workouts as well as self control are part of your foundation for this round and a step closer to doing this on your own, and in control.
$550 program fee includes:
A 5 day with a 7 day rotation plan still exists here in this phase, as in phase one. Changes will alter based on progression.
In this round, typically you have learned WHAT QUESTIONS to ask and it becomes a more detailed learning experience for independence. The more you learn the more successful you will be.
Training changes here from every two weeks to every three weeks. You will receive two weeks of workouts that will be progress as you do and help you adapt a more independent style of training.
While my goal is still the same: to support you in this process, I become a little more hands off here and allow you to make some choices. Good or bad doesn't matter. All choices are learning opportunities and we will work through those on weekly calls to help you navigate well.
